Wild Heart’s maintenance packages are comprehensive, designed to keep your website running smoothly. They include updates, bug fixes, hosting, and more, as outlined in your chosen package. Each package’s specific services are detailed upon selection, ensuring transparency and alignment with your website’s needs.
All our maintenance packages come with hosting services to keep your site online and operational. We handle any hosting-related downtime or issues swiftly to minimise any disruption to your website’s availability. Should your website require more hosting space than allocated, we’ll notify you with options to upgrade, keeping your site’s performance optimal.
Monthly update time is allocated based on your selected package, but it doesn’t roll over. We encourage clients to make the most of their allocated time each month to keep their website up-to-date. Unused time within a month is forfeited and cannot be credited or refunded.
Payments are due according to the schedule agreed upon between you and Wild Heart. To ensure seamless service, monthly payments are processed through our Netcash Debit Order system, while annual payments can be made via EFT. Late payments may lead to a suspension or termination of services, so timely payments are crucial.
