Terms and Conditions for Wild Heart’s Free Website Package

1. Hosting Requirement: The client agrees to host their website with Wild Heart for a minimum of one year. The hosting fees are not included in the free website package and are subject to Wild Heart’s standard hosting rates.

2. Limited Customisation: The free website package includes a pre-built template with 3 to 5 pages (Home, About, Services, Blog/Portfolio, and Contact) chosen by the client. Any additional pages, revisions, or functionality beyond what is included in the chosen template will be subject to additional charges at Wild Heart’s standard rates.

3. Additional Functionality: Any additional functionality requested by the client, such as membership systems, online stores, or other advanced features, will be quoted separately and are not included in the free website package.

4. Content Submission: The client is responsible for providing all necessary content for the website, including text, images, and any other materials required. The content must be submitted by the specified deadline, or the client may need to reapply for the free website package.

5. Website Ownership: The client acknowledges that the website design and template remain the property of Wild Heart. If the client chooses to cancel their hosting or move to another hosting provider, they will lose the rights to the website design and template.

6. Cancellation Policy: The client must provide at least one month’s notice before cancelling their hosting service. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in additional charges or loss of the website design and template.

7. Limitations on Website Use: The client agrees not to use the website for any unlawful purposes or activities, including but not limited to adult content, gambling, or any activities that may be deemed harmful or offensive.

8. Liability: Wild Heart is not responsible for any loss or damages resulting from the use or inability to use the website or any of its features.

9. Amendments: Wild Heart reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time, with or without notice.

10. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Country/State].
